Garlic papad Ingredients :-
Udad dal flour, garlic powder,Black pepper, Salt to taste, papad khara, Asafoetida powder, some oil, Water and dough (kneaded to perfection).
COOKING INTRUCTIONS:-
Fry or Microwave
TO Fry:-
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Fry each papad for 2-3 seconds.
- Romove and drain extra oil.
To Microwave:-
- Cook for approx 45 seconds until ready.
