Jeer Rice Papad Ingredients :-
Rice flour, cumin seeds, salt to taste, some oil, sodium carbonate, water and dough ( kneaded to perfection), other spice.
COOKING INTRUCTIONS:-
Fry or Microwave
TO Fry:-
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Fry each papad for 2-3 seconds.
- Romove and drain extra oil.
To Microwace:-
- Cook for approx 45 seconds until ready.
